Budo Fitness
Budo fitness is a high impact fitness program using military fitness drills and skills from the martial arts. This program focus’ on both strength training and cardio conditioning. This program is perfect for anyone looking to get into shape, not just those that live in the fitness world.
All classes are now taught by Stephanie Fisher who holds a 4th Degree Black Belt in Shorin Ryu Karatedo and is a full time school teacher.
